All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We currently ship to Hong Kong, Macau, the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and the European Union. Additional regions will be available soon.

Returns & refunds

30-day return policy

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused or lightly used products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Products must be in their original packaging.

How to initiate a return

01Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
02We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day.
03Ship the product back using the provided label.
04Refund is processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.

Damaged or defective products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement at no cost.
